This bar has so many layers, the cinnamon dark chocolate is swirled into the back of the milk chocolate. There is no pastry or dough in this bar, but the flavours so naturally mimic that it’s hard to believe.

Each bite different to the last, with the cinnamon pockets larger in some areas than others.

An Oko Caribe 50% Milk chocolate base, with a 70% Peruvian dark chocolate swirled into the back. The Peruvian Cuencas beans have a beautifully natural spiced flavour profile, so with a little added cinnamon it tastes just like the centre of a cinnamon swirl.
