Part-Time Shop Assistant & Social Media/Marketing Coordinator (Flexible Role):
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity. The role can be tailored to your strengths and availability, focusing on one or both of the following areas:
Shop Assistant (Part-Time)
As a shop assistant in our Falmouth shop, you’ll be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring the shop is always tidy and welcoming. Responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent customer service
• Operating the till and handling payments
• Assisting with product display and stock management
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
In this role, you’ll manage our online presence, engage with our community, and help drive footfall and online sales through creative marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include:
• Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Creating and scheduling engaging content
• Developing marketing strategies to promote products and events
• Monitoring social media performance and analytics
Combination Role Option
We are happy to combine these roles if you have skills in both areas, allowing you to split your time between customer service and marketing duties.

• Experience in retail or customer service (for shop assistant role)
• Social media savvy with a creative flair (for marketing role)
